[N] 2005 Large theropod discovered in Spain
Fossil remains of a large theropod are discovered in Early Cretaceous layers (Berriasian-Valanginian) of the Rioja Province in Spain. Untill now a part of the femur, tíbia, fíbula, metatarsals and phalanges are unearthed. Luis I.Viera and Jose Angel Torres, of the department of geology of the Society of Sciences Aranzadi of San Sebastián Country Basoue-Spain described in 1995 a Baryonyx like maxila that was discovered in the same area.
