Palaeontologists Alberto Cobos and Rafael Royo unearthed in what is now a semi-desert region of eastern Spain region of Aragon near Teruel a humerus (measuring 1.85 metres and weighing 150kg) from the upper foreleg of a what is thought to be a Cretaceous sauropod, indicating it came from an animal more than 30 metres in length and weighing 50 tons. If correct analyzed this bone represents the largest known dinosaur of Europe almost as big as Argentinausorus, found from Patagonia, South America. The scientist think they have revealed a complete new unknown species, the bones are examined in the laboratory that is attached to Dinopolis, a dinosaur theme park opened in 2001.
