Synsacrum
Lenesornis maltshevskyi (Nessov, 1986) (= Ichthyornis maltshevskyi (Nessov, 1986)
Holotype
PO 3434, cranial half of the synsacrum.
The cranial portion of the synsacrum is only slightly convex dorsally, the cranial articular surface of the synsacrum is transversely elongated; the third and fourth vertebrae of the synsacrum process the largest costal processes; the costal processes are at a right angle to the sagittal plane; and the ventral groove is wide and shallow.
