(not larger than a chicken) Discovered in 1985 by the Argentine Museum of Natural Sciences. Based on various skeletal elements first illustrated in Bonaparte, 1995 (Dinosaurios de America del Sur). Named after Dr. Giancario Ligabue in honour of his contribution to the knowledge of Patagonia.
