Parkosaurus (Sternberg, 1937) > Parkosaurus warrenae (Parks, 1926) = Thescelosaurus warrenae (Parks, 1926)

Incomplete skeleton. At first described as P. warreni, however since the name honors Mrs. Warren the species name changed to P. warrenae.

Distinguised from Hypsilophodon by the greath depth of the caudal process of the premaxilla, the presence of numerous low, rounded ridges on the thickly enameled surfaces of the cheek teeth, and the apparent expansion of the dorsal end of the jugal (Galton, 1973).
