Holotype
PO 4601 fragment of a synsacrum consisting of two or three vertebrae.
Middle vertebrae of synsacrum heavily dorsoventrally compressed; vertebral foramen very spcious in the middle portion of the synsacrum; pleurocoels very low and short; dorsal area of the middle vertebrae of the synsacrum boradened (Nessov, 1992)
P. nana represents a small bird with the following unique characters: the vertebae of the synsacrum are strongly dorsoventrally compressed, the pleurocoels are deep and there is a doubled ridge on the ventral side of the synsacrum. (Kurochkin, 2000)
