Diagnosis

Antorbital fossa triangular; lateral margin of prefrontal upturned; jugal horn posteroventrally extended; obtuse angle between two planes of lateral surface of jugal; posterodorsal margin of orbit formed by frontal; horizontal frill; caudal margin of shaft of quadrate slightly excavated; dorsal end of quadrate separated from paroccipital process of squamosal.
