Diagnosis
Tetanuran charactierized by very low skull, at least three times longer than high; parietals not visible in lateral view; upper temporal fenestra having straight medial margin; jugal ramus of ectopterygoid with well-developed ventral process; deeply grooved caudal margin of ectopterygoid ahead of subtemporal fenestra; double curvature of anterodorsal margin of maxillary nasal ramus; postorbital ventral process U-shaped in cross section; absence of quadrate-quadrojugal fenestra; large external mandibular fenestra; molohhyoid foramen largely opened anteroventrally (Allain, 2002)
