Info
Genus - Typespecies - Skull
Holotype GI SPS 100/1201 [prev. listed as GI SPS 100/51] \\\\\\\"level head\\\\\\\" H. calathoceros was 1.5 meter long and had a flat, table like ornamented skull roof. The almost round supratemporal fenestrae are broadley seppearated. Homaleocephale can be distinguished from other pachycephalosaurs by the crescent-shaped ventrally deflected postacetubular process of the ilium. The sacral attachements to the ischium may eventually prove to be diagnostic but are not preserved in any other known pachycephalosaur.
Complete skull with associated nearly complete postcranial skeleton.
