The Dalton Wells dinosaur quarry is an extraordinarily rich deposit of fossil bone- rich not only in the number of bones but also in the number of dinosaurian taxa represented. Most of the fauna in undescribed. Stratigraphically, the quarry is at the base of the Cedar Mountain Formation and is located in east-central Utah, near the town of Moab.
