Type species by monotype. Based on a slender lower dentition with a steep coronoid process, similar to that in Amblotherium. Differs from all dryolestid genera in having the trigonid very short, compressed mesiodistally, with broad blunt cusps, and somewhat recurved or spatulate paraconid, which is shorter than metaconid.
