Info

Genus - Skull

Diceratus hatcheri (Mateus, 2008) >  Diceratops hatcheri (Hatcher vide Lull, 1905 / Foerster, 1868 )

Formerly considered a specimen of Triceratops by many authorities, but recent analysis (Forster, 1996) suggests it is a distinct genus. The single poorly preserved type skull has distinctive openings in the frill that justify its status as a separate genus according to some researchers.
